We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ruskin Mill Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Colleges and undertaking routine administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake routine administrative duties, including secretarial support and residential compliance assistance
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Deal with incoming telephone calls and support with visitors
- Organise and schedule meetings, manage diaries, and perform other administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organised, effective, and efficient in your work
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is ideal
- A competitive salary
