**The Opportunity**
Due to new projects and increased outputs we are seeking an additional Site Administrator to be part of the West Region Delivery Team. We are working on critical infrastructure to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next ten (10) years across wastewater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney’s Inner West suburbs out to the Blue Mountains, including the Western Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in site Administration on a tier 1 construction site.
**Responsibilities**
You will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the project team including;
- Monitoring project key dates, notify PM of pending deadlines.
- Assisting project team with progress meeting and capturing meeting minutes
- Assisting with procurement processes and maintaining accurate records of materials and equipment.
- Review of smoke testing data for the inspection of sewer systems in residential and non-residential properties
- Ensuring that data collected by site team is complete
- Submitting weekly data gathered by the on-site team to the PM for progress report meetings.
- Working with the Site Team to Notify the Project Manager of any issues during data collection / review process while using the ArcGIS app
- Coordinate and organize site documentation, including permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Coordinating communication between project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
This will suit someone who has a genuine passion for site admin, an eye for detail, and wants to advance their career with a tier 1 contractor.
**What will you need**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), Power Point (Advanced), Outlook (Advanced)
- Experience with software such as JDE, M Files, WorkDay and timesheet software are desirable but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- High degree of accuracy in typing, spelling and grammar
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective team-player capabilities
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and high attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise workload appropriately, combined with a willingness to undertake routine task
