Roles & Responsibilities:
**Job Description**:
- Willingness to accept the most effective role while leading the team by example and with integrity.
- Enforce all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and those of Palace Entertainment and Parques Reunidos.
- Monitor and motivate team members to achieve a high standard of guest service within the Season Pass Centre, Ticketing, carpark ticketing & Front Gate Pods
- Support the Admission Coordinator in administrative functions as need
- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent guest service and to promote a positive working environment with a positive attitude.
- Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional manner and bid all guests leaving the park a fond farewell.
- Engage with all guests and team as individuals and listen attentively to their requests and/or concerns.
- Ensure all guests flow through the front entry as efficiently as possible and be able to recognize when adjustments to the operations need to be made and executed.
- Ensure a seamless operations of the season pass centre, ticketing, and the entrance pods.
- Complete relevant paperwork to maintain correct record keeping processes.
- Conduct training and assess competency of Team Members to assist in team development and training to maintain Raging Waters operational and presentation standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current ticketing options and distribute promotional flyers as required.
- Oversee the appearance of the Admissions and Front Gate ensuring displays and signage is professionally presented.
- Report any issues that may affect the admissions department operations to the Director of Operations.
- Monitor and maintain correct operating levels as specified in line schedules for all operational days.
- Coordinating staffing levels on operational days and nonoperational days utilising Quinyx scheduling system.
- Review, check accuracy and process team member timekeeping as per the set procedure.
- Lead the admissions team ensuring all operations are performed whilst maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all products and ticket options available within the point-of-sale system.
- Responsible for assisting with area cleanliness including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, emptying bins, maintaining birthday & cabana areas and work areas.
- To carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations or any member of the Management Team
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS):
- Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipmentAct as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.
- Report WHS incidents, injuries and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid at the time it occurs.
- Promote proactive hazard/ near miss reporting. Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director.
- Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety
Any other relevant comments:
- Ability to work flexible working hours including but not limited to weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Must be available to work a minimum of twice per week during the peak season.
- Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct policy.
- Represent the Company well internally and externally; convey a professional and positive image of the organization and business affiliates.
- Be able to work in all weather conditions including sun and rain, hot and cold climates, indoor and outdoor work
