Job Description

As a strategic partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset to develop data-driven action plans and contribute to policy development.

You will maintain high-quality relationships with internal and external parties, communicate effectively through presentations and written reports, and lead projects with HR focus.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in HR, preferably with tertiary qualifications and AHRI accreditation.

Key skills include communication, influencing, leadership, and stakeholder management.

In this position, you will build and maintain executive relationships, provide value-added HR expertise, and lead capability development in others.
