Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager, Public Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing business within an assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, own and drive comprehensive territory plans that maximize market penetration, competitive positioning and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and expanding accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong sales hygiene and cadence, with deep understanding of your customers' business to drive accurate forecasting and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Build deep, strategic relationships by understanding your customers' priorities, challenges and growth plans, aligning solutions with clear business outcomes.
  • Support customers and partners with ongoing education and adoption programs to maximise value realisation and drive solution proficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the partner ecosystem to co-create differentiated, value-driven solutions that deliver on customer objectives.
Requirements
  • You must be based in Sydney or Canberra.
  • You are a high-performing self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems.
  • You have proven success selling into Federal and State Government, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • You have experience in enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT or managed services within complex environments.
  • You are a strong team player who values collaboration and effectively engages cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • You are curious and growth-minded, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to build credible and influential relationships across all levels of customer organisations.
  • You have a track record of analysing customer businesses and executing multi-year account strategies that drive revenue growth in complex environments.
  • You are skilled in articulating a strong sales message and advancing deals through the sales cycle.
  • You have experience working with and through partners to drive business outcomes.
  • You are an analytical thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
