As a key member of our client service centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

About The Role
  • You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from clients, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Making outbound calls to remind existing customers about upcoming appointments or deadlines.
  • Building rapport with clients quickly, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Accurately updating client information in our systems, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any discrepancies.

  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to use computer systems confidently and follow established processes, while working accurately and efficiently.
