We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing unit, you'll play a crucial role in helping us understand our customers' needs and preferences.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and evaluate customer research projects. This includes managing qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, engaging with customers to gain insights, and procuring third-party research services as needed.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our research activities align with business objectives and outcomes. Your expertise will help us develop creative, innovative, and effective research strategies that promote engagement and deliver meaningful insights.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll bring a passion for customer-centricity and a proactive approach to your work. You'll establish strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of evidence-based advice and consultancy on strategic customer issues.
