Marketing Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and customer experience, with expertise in CRM systems and data-driven marketing.

This is a unique opportunity to drive customer engagement and retention through the creation of automated customer journeys and campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

- Develop and manage CRM platforms to facilitate analysis via a single customer view
- Collaborate with teams to support implementation of customer-centric initiatives and share insights across the organisation
- Analyze customer and sales data to identify patterns and trends to enable better understanding and interaction with customers
- Provide ROI and analytics around campaigns and sales initiatives to track performance, profitability, and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong experience working with large customer data sets across various data sources and formats
  • Experience implementing a CRM platform to facilitate analysis via a single customer view
  • Demonstrated capability across analysis, customer insights, and experience, with solid experience in process improvement and customer journey mapping
  • Proven experience in direct marketing and customer lifecycle management with a background in customer engagement and data-driven marketing type roles
  • Extensive experience one or more of the following CRM Platforms - Zoho, Salesforce, Adobe, Hubspot or similar
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and best practice campaign tracking

Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications
  2. Strong experience in working with large customer data sets across various data sources and formats.
  3. Experience in successfully implementing a CRM platform to facilitate analysis via a single customer view.
  4. Demonstrate impressive capability across analysis, customer insights and experience. You will possess solid experience in process improvement and customer journey mapping.
  5. Proven experience in direct marketing and customer lifecycle management with a background in customer engagement and data driven marketing type roles, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial acumen.
  6. Extensive experience one or more of the following CRM Platforms - Zoho, Salesforce, Adobe, Hubspot or similar.
  7. Experience in using Google Analytics 4 and best practice campaign tracking.
