Business Analyst Position

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise initiatives by ensuring solutions are customer-focused, enhance business performance, and reduce risk. You will act as the link between the UNITE program and the Customer Solutions Data Team, representing business unit needs during discovery and design phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Customer Solutions data domain in UNITE initiatives, aligning on data requirements and supporting business cases and governance forums.
  • Identify downstream data impacts, systems, controls, and dependencies across transformation programs, ensuring smooth delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with data SMEs, managers, and analytics teams to plan data releases and ensure thorough engagement throughout the program.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in data modelling, predictive analytics, and tools like Excel (macros, VBA), SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
  • Brings extensive experience in consultative business analysis with excellent written and verbal communication.
