What You'll Do

• Collaborate with manageemnt to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple departments
• Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across LinkedIn, Seek, and other job boards
• Source and screen candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, inbound applications, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
• Assist in building and refining our recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Maintain our ATS and recruitment trackers with clear, up-to-date data
• Represent the Software Co brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity at all times

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency-side recruitment
• Strong experience hiring for roles across sales, marketing, tech, and operations
• Confident in sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple open roles
• Based in Sydney and able to work from our office 2–3 days per week
• A genuine passion for people, culture, and helping others succeed
• Bonus points if you've worked in a tech company or startup environment.
