About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing applications to ensure optimal returns for the bank;
  • Reviewing Commercial Lending, Asset Finance, and Residential Lending deals to align with policies and credit standards;
  • Building strong relationships with aggregators and commercial brokers across Business Lending, Asset Finance, and Insurance Premium Funding;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Finance, Business or relevant discipline (desirable but not essential);
  • Strong commercial lending experience and knowledge of the Business Lending market, particularly analysis of complex financial statements;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organisation;
  • Self-directed, motivated team player who is passionate about providing a better BOQS experience;
