
Victim-Support Trauma Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality trauma-informed clinical support to individuals affected by sexual violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver confidential, client-focused face-to-face and telephone counselling for adults, children, young people, and their support networks.
- Monitor client progress and tailor responses considering their diverse backgrounds, attributes, and preferences.
- Conduct culturally sensitive intake assessments and provide information about our services, supports, options, referrals, and waiting lists.
- Collaborate with other organisations to ensure clients access necessary support and reduce the impact of sexual harm.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with registration (AHPRA or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of practice experience.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Clear National Police Certificate.
