About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team at Easy Authoring. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative technical training products for the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive and engaging learning materials for face-to-face and e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning solutions that align with business goals and learner needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to ensure learning solutions are targeted and effective.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs and create solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development, including advancements in instructional design, learning technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning materials for blue-collar workers within the rail industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Articulate 360 Storyline software is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience writing for various purposes and audiences.
