Ramsay Health Care Learning Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning Designer to join our Learning and Organisational Development team on a 6-month, full-time basis. This role will support the successful implementation of the Workday platform and design innovative learning solutions that equip Ramsay's workforce with the skills needed for effective system adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and cutting-edge digital learning technologies. They will create engaging, interactive, and accessible content for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate audiences, ensuring the learning experience supports Ramsay's transformation goals and enhances workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning content for HRIS implementations, including Workday, Oracle, and SuccessFactors.
  • Develop immersive eLearning systems simulations that enhance learner engagement, especially in complex technical environments.
  • Create engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, face-to-face, and blended learning, for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored, high-quality learning solutions that align with organisational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and developing learning content for HRIS implementations.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs within a fast-paced environment.
