Suncorp Group is seeking a skilled Leadership Program Delivery Advisor to join our Group Talent Capability & Leadership team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced facilitator and program manager who is passionate about leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences. As a Leadership Program Delivery Advisor, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving programs that align with Suncorp's leadership strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  • Learning Experience Design: Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and various instructional techniques.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of Suncorp's leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability.
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise: Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Leadership Knowledge: Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
