As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionising how we deliver engaging, purposeful learning content across our business.



Key Responsibilities


  • Consult with stakeholders and cross-functional project groups to understand and clarify learning needs, build learning experiences, and measure their impact.
  • Translate strategy and process into innovative learning outcomes, delivering materials, tools, and resources to support facilitated and digital delivery methods.
  • Design learning solutions that are human-centred and goal-oriented, developing learning materials for virtual or face-to-face instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, quick reference guides, and assessment tools.
  • Identify, collect, and analyse data to inform performance consulting, design, development, and impact of learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with and contribute to a passionate community of learning professionals to ensure consistent and aligned learning experiences across our ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the review and ongoing development of guiding principles, learning design standards, implementation methodology, tools, and templates.


What You'll Bring


  • A strong working knowledge of instructional and digital learning design models.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital learning tools, including Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Experience with emerging tech trends for meaningful content creation, such as web-based learning platforms, social learning, gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, and HTML5.
  • An ability to communicate complex concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and incorporation of best practice L&D strategies and methodologies.
  • An ability to design and develop end-to-end learning experiences that include a blend of learning delivery methods.
