About the Role

Ramsay Health Care is undergoing a significant digital transformation to become a leading healthcare provider of the future. As a Learning Specialist – HRIS, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning strategy for the Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on and lead the strategic approach to learning for the Workday implementation.
  • Guide the development of learning strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Workday.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end training lifecycle, including learning needs assessment, learning strategy and planning, designing curriculum, defining learning pathways, concept development, learning delivery and evaluation strategy.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, demonstrating empathy and active listening, and co-creating tailored learning solutions that drive successful outcomes.
  • Partner with external vendors to co-create or source learning solutions that align with the project brief, ensuring quality control and alignment with organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading comprehensive learning solutions to support the implementation of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, Success Factors or Kronos.
  • Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development in large, complex organisations undergoing transformation.
  • Expertise in modern learning technologies and contemporary approaches to instructional design, ensuring innovative and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, especially in challenging healthcare environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and experience with learning technologies, including LMS and digital platforms.
