Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to work closely with our team and contribute to the improvement of our contractual agreements.

The Role:

As a key member of our contract administration team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating legally binding contracts between parties. You will establish contract terms, including service levels, fees, and financial obligations, and liaise with legal practitioners and other departments to meet deadlines and requirements.

  • Undertaking contract analysis and providing advice to the business.
  • Drafting and revising contracts, including preparing documents for tender and negotiation of legal agreements.
  • Negotiating contracts with companies or individuals per legislation.
  • Monitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Communicating changes in the business's legal obligations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years full-time experience in contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
