
Senior Contract Specialist

The contract administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our organization through effective contract management.
- Drafting and negotiating legally binding contracts that meet all applicable laws and regulations is a critical responsibility.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal practitioners, and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements are met is essential.
- Effective management of multiple contracts and updating contract management software is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing contract strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Establishing contract terms and conditions, including service levels, fees, and financial obligations.
- Liaising with external legal practitioners and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Providing expert advice on contract analysis and negotiation.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience in contract administration.
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
