Contract Administration Opportunity

The contract administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our organization through effective contract management.

  • Drafting and negotiating legally binding contracts that meet all applicable laws and regulations is a critical responsibility.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal practitioners, and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements are met is essential.
  • Effective management of multiple contracts and updating contract management software is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing contract strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Establishing contract terms and conditions, including service levels, fees, and financial obligations.
  • Liaising with external legal practitioners and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Providing expert advice on contract analysis and negotiation.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience in contract administration.
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
