About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Coordinator to join our team at Service Stream. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely receipt of payment for our services and compliance with contract and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submit payment claims to our clients for completed works and invoice when claims are approved
  • Monitor outstanding invoices, liaising with clients to ensure payment is received in line with contract terms
  • Review payment claims submitted by delivery partners and process for payment in line with agreed payment terms
  • Raise purchase orders for goods and services
  • Liaise with clients and delivery partner representatives to resolve AP/AR issues
  • Maintain finance systems, procedures, and processes and support the Business & Performance Manager with financial analysis and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least three years' experience in a comparable role, ideally in directly relevant industries such as civil engineering, road construction/maintenance, resources, or heavy manufacturing. You will demonstrate advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise-grade financial management systems, sound knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes, well-developed interpersonal skills, and strong time management skills.
