Job Description

As a key member of the finance team, you will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the end-to-end global subscription renewal process. This will involve preparing quotes and invoices, collection, billings, and accounts receivable duties.

You will collaborate with account managers to create accurate renewal quotes based on system data and customer requirements. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders is crucial, providing regular updates on renewal progress.

You will also monitor expired and upcoming renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and finance reporting. Building strong relationships with resellers and customers is essential, handling billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintaining the integrity of data across sales and financial systems is vital, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Researching discrepancies and reconciling data, escalating issues to sales or finance teams as needed, is also a key responsibility.

Ensuring compliance with workplace safety policies and proactively addressing any potential risks is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements
  • Good skills in Office 365, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with billing systems is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail and strong initiative, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
