We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to make a significant impact on the local market with fresh ideas and dedicated service. Mandarin fluency is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration and professional growth within a motivated team to ensure outstanding service.
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, project marketing, and property management, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers, ensuring tailored, exceptional service.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and improving profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen our market presence, supported by in-depth property market knowledge.
Salary and Benefits

Flexible Base Salary: AU$80,000 + Superannuation. Generous commissions for office and self-generated leads.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in both residential and project sales.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Box & Dice).
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive attitude, capable of anticipating issues and resolving them independently.
  • High proficiency with Office 365, DocuSign, and project management tools like Monday.com.
