Business Growth Strategist
Job Description: As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities within the consumer sector. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement strategies that support both new and existing customer relationships.You will research and identify sales pipelines and support campaigns across mass retail and dealer channel markets. Additionally, you will forecast monthly and annual sales for assigned and new accounts, and maintain a pipeline of prospects that aligns with the company's strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales growth strategies within the consumer sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
