- Manage account-level strategies, leveraging analytics for marketing success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong people management experience, with expertise in employee engagement, training and development.
- Commercial acumen, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent analytical, conflict resolution, research and problem-solving skills.
- Apparel industry experience is essential.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to improve customer service and quality care within a structured framework.
