Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Daily Log and Daily Reports
  • Ensure guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery process in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Ensure the smooth operation of Front Office & Housekeeping operations by being visible and aware of its requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 month experience in hotel reception
  • RoomMaster PMS and ORS knowledge
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
