Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort has a unique opportunity for a Guest Service Agent to enhance the guest experience.

We are seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent to create memorable stays for every guest by providing outstanding service from check-in to check-out, handling enquiries and issues with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests on arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Assist with bookings, room allocations, and special requests.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure follow-up where required.
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments using property systems.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and a polished, professional appearance and demeanour.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front office, guest service, or receptionist role, be available to work across a rotating roster including weekends, early mornings, and evenings, and have knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, RMS).
