We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.
This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences, handling enquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and making a positive impact on guests, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities:- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage bookings, room allocations, and special requests efficiently.
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with confidence and professionalism.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide follow-up where necessary.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences.
- Prior experience in front office, guest service, or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and payments.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor are required.
