General Manager - Front Office Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the front office operations. This includes coordinating and managing daily resort activities, interacting with owners, guests, all resort departments, community, and corporate office as necessary.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can motivate and inspire the front office team to work together towards common goals.

A key responsibility of this position is leading the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

The General Manager will also assist the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures.
