We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recovery Partner. This key role involves providing technical advice and implementing best practice interventions to progress recovery and return to work for workers compensation claims.
- You will apply your expertise in injury management to deliver positive outcomes for our customers and injured employees.
- You must have proven experience in managing complex physical and psychological injuries, with a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing Recovery Unit at NSW Health. You will work collaboratively with the wider Recovery team and key stakeholders to provide valuable input into current practices and processes.
- You will take a balanced, strategic, and proactive approach to your work, ensuring quality business outcomes for our organisation.
- You must hold current Return to Work Certification and have experience in the same field.
- You should be able to work independently in a high demand role, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.
