Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, providing accurate information, and resolving daily operational queries within agreed timeframes.

  • Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
  • Ensure services meet manufacturer requirements.
  • Oversee repairs in compliance with CoR and Health and Safety standards.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to support and enhance EVO portal usage.
  • Assist customers with maintenance inquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, persistent, and responsible.

A qualified diesel mechanic required. Must be a licensed heavy vehicle mechanic to qualify for this role. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition, you must have a high level of attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
