Maintenance Services Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating a comprehensive maintenance program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the maintenance of an up-to-date asset register.
  • Coordinating refurbishment, equipment replacement and capital works planning.
  • Identifying preventative maintenance requirements and documenting a schedule.
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance and corrective action according to legal requirements and documented schedule.
  • Overseeing external contract agreements and on-site works.
  • Managing records of the maintenance program.
  • Ensuring adequate stock items for regular corrective maintenance jobs.
  • Maintaining neat, tidy and safe grounds, including watering.
  • Ensuring high quality standards in resident rooms and public areas.
  • Overseeing testing and tagging at the facility.
  • Assisting with the fire and evacuation plan at the facility.
  • Ensuring company-owned vehicles are kept clean and serviced regularly.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform an on-call service as directed by the General Manager.
