The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating home maintenance activities, managing referrals and bookings, and maintaining accurate client records. They will also be involved in preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation, as well as supporting data entry and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate home maintenance activities, including scheduling and monitoring equipment
- Manage referrals and bookings, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including reporting defects and scheduling repairs
- Support data entry and administrative processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation, as required
Requirements:
