Maintenance Planner/Controller Role

Your key objective will be to orchestrate and coordinate maintenance activities across brewing, packaging, and utilities.

  • Develop and schedule maintenance plans and projects, including resources coordination, SOPs, and permits.
  • Host daily team meetings, review progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with tradespeople and contractors, providing on-site supervision and troubleshooting.
  • C Coordinate contractor support for overhauls and one-off projects.
  • Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site goals.
  • Maintain CMMS system data and reporting, and ensure best-practice usage across the team.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional in a maintenance planning or coordination role ideally in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse trades team.
  • A hands-on mindset and comfort being out on the floor.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A safety-first approach in everything you do.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM beneficial), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
