Maintenance Planning and Coordination Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities across brewing, packaging, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Provide on-the-floor supervision and troubleshooting to trades and contractors as needed.
  • Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site goals.
  • Maintain CMMS system data and reporting to ensure best-practice usage across the team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role - ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse trades team.
  • A hands-on mindset and comfort being out on the floor.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A safety-first approach in everything you do.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM beneficial), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
