
Expert Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities across brewing, packaging, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting to optimize maintenance operations.
- Provide on-the-floor supervision and troubleshooting to trades and contractors as needed.
- Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site goals.
- Maintain CMMS system data and reporting to ensure best-practice usage across the team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Prior experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role - ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse trades team.
- A hands-on mindset and comfort being out on the floor.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A safety-first approach in everything you do.
- Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM beneficial), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
