Job Description

As a Club Millesime Manager at Sofitel Darling Harbour, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of ambassadors to provide a personalized service and memorable experience to all guests staying in our luxurious lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of F&B service, ensuring efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
  • Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs, showcasing the brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Handle guest problems and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, ensuring follow-through and proper record-keeping.
  • Adhere to F&B and F/O brand standards, focusing on guest satisfaction, ambassador appearance, department organization, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead by example, attending to guest requests with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental goals and objectives, embodying the art of French hospitality.
  • Implement training programs, conduct inductions, and skills training to enhance the team's performance and knowledge.
  • Perform a range of reception, F&B, and F/O communications, as well as concierge duties, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Embed the Accor values and customer vision, 'Feel Welcome, Feel Valued,' into the team's culture and daily interactions.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Up-to-date RSA and First Aid Certificates.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage, Club Lounge Supervision, or Team Leadership.
  • Guest-oriented, outgoing personality, and strong service-mind.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
