About the Position

Take on the role of Duty Manager and lead the daily operations of a thriving hospitality venue. With a competitive salary of $93k and a 4-week rotating roster offering a mix of days and nights, this is an opportunity for career progression in a well-supported environment.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team across various departments, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. You will oversee gaming, bar, and dining operations, balance tills, float reconciliation, and daily safe balancing. Additionally, you will create and manage rosters for efficiency and liaise with senior management to meet business objectives.

  • Manage and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Position Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Current RSA and RCG certificates.
  • Ability to manage financial operations, including stock control and ordering.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
