Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our hospitality services and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the hospitality services team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching, and develop talent.
- Oversee gaming, bar, and dining operations to ensure seamless service.
- Balance tills, manage float reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective rosters to optimize team performance.
- Liaise with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates.
- Ability to manage financial operations, including stock control and ordering.
A competitive salary of $93k, a 4-week rotating roster with a mix of nights, days, and one weekend off every month, and opportunities for career growth in a well-supported environment.
