About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team, supporting Canva Enterprise and empowering organisations to design.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for building relationships with customers who love our product and can navigate complex business challenges. They will lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers, analyzing market landscapes and trends to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Canva's presence in new markets.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers on a personalized journey that addresses their unique needs.
  • Product Expertise: Exhibit a deep understanding of Canva's products and creative solutions to address customers' problems.
  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: Recognize the value of building lasting partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Simplify Complexity: Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's worksuite.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of success managing small to medium-sized accounts within technology companies.
  • The ability to manage a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment.
  • Experience navigating complexity by understanding and addressing complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to captivate audiences and lead successful negotiations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

This role offers a competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
