">About the Role:

The Patient and Family Experience Officer plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient care at our hospital.

This role involves coordinating and managing patient and family feedback by working closely with patients, families, and hospital departments to provide the best possible healthcare treatment and experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage patient and family feedback
  • Work with patients, families, and hospital departments to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Write briefs and ministerial correspondence
  • MEDIATE CONFLICTS AND ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS AND FAMILIES

Requirements:

  • A strong background in health care or a related field
  • Proven experience in complaints management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
