Enhancing Patient Experiences

The role of the Patient Experience Partner focuses on collecting insights to identify hurdles and opportunities for partnerships that enhance the patient journey. This position will engage directly with patients and patient advocacy organizations to generate valuable insights and improve the patient journey experience.

This involves understanding the patient journey, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions tailored to patient needs. It also requires leveraging technology to enable better patient experiences and operationalizing the implementation of programs and internal processes.

A key aspect of this role is close communication and partnership with stakeholders such as Medical, Marketing, Strategic Healthcare Partners, Patient Advocacy Leads, and Market Access. Additionally, it involves building affordability programs and solutions through internal collaboration and responsible unbranded Disease Awareness communications.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Science, Business, or equivalent, who have demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and partnerships with external stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues in complex matrix structures.

A strong track record of coalition building in complex environments is essential, along with experience in managing multi-dimensional and long-term relationships with patient, community, and provider organizations.
