Key Role: Patient Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Patient Services Manager. This key position plays a critical part in ensuring that our patient support programs are designed, implemented, and monitored effectively, guaranteeing compliance and excellence in program execution.

  • Program Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing patient support programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Strategic Partnerships: The role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to drive business outcomes.
  • Patient Journey Mapping: The Patient Services Manager will lead patient journey mapping workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop patient engagement solutions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Advocacy: This role requires the development of advocacy plans through engagement with patient advocacy organisations, supporting the growth of patient advocacy initiatives.
  • Governance & Operational Excellence: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading governance activities, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring quality oversight of patient support programs.

They should have a strong understanding of healthcare policies, advocacy, healthcare system navigation, planning, and innovation.
