Key Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Performance Manager to lead our pursuit of key defence contracts and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex and technical bids, with in-depth knowledge of customer requirements, formulation of solutions, win strategies, pricing, teaming, competitor analysis, storyboards, and assembling a team of experts to deliver compliant, complete, and compelling proposals.

A strong understanding of the defence industry trends and key players is also essential. The successful candidate will possess a valid AGSVA NV1 security clearance.

In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, pursuing, and winning key defence contracts and projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing capture strategies to secure contracts and projects;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve proposal and capture goals;
  • Analysing the competitive landscape and developing strategies to position our organisation as a top choice for defence contracts;
  • Overseeing the development and submission of high-quality proposals in accordance with customer requirements;
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and key industry partners;
