Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial matters across major Defence projects, ensuring seamless delivery and effective project outcomes.

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with project objectives, driving business growth and achievement of key performance indicators.

  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and building internal capability to drive business excellence.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering Finance Law or Commerce with a strong understanding of contract law principles.
  • Proven experience in commercial management and contract negotiations, particularly in the Defence sector.
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale contracts and driving successful outcomes, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
