Job Description: Banquet Attendant

As a Banquet Attendant with Hilton Adelaide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are set to the highest standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen staff, bar attendants, and other team members to deliver seamless service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Laboring correct labels on buffet dishes.
  • Ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are set according to established standards.
  • Providing assistance to colleagues as required.
  • Greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance with coats, bags, etc.
  • Replenishing drinks and ensuring that cups or glasses do not become empty.
