Job OverviewThis is a quota-carrying role that requires a highly motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan focused on revenue generation, building a metrics-driven sales pipeline, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive revenue growth
- Build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
- Manage the sales process through the team from initial contact to contract closure
- Become a domain expert in the SMB space for ANZ
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets
- 3+ years direct sales experience in a SaaS environment, preferably selling into Martech, advertising & media technology, and SMB clientele
- A proven track record of delivering on or exceeding revenue goals and quotas
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and carry through complex deals to closure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred
- An estimated salary of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, based on location and performance
