ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team while ensuring exceptional standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual financial reports, regular tax submissions, and monthly management analyses for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and achievement of targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring comprehensive service from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Returns, and Business Activity Statements for various entities including Individuals, Corporations, Trusts, and Partnerships.
  • Assist senior management in nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Clear progression opportunities leading to management roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice on business and taxation matters.
  • Implement technology solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
