Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to our Speech Pathologists, supporting their clinical skills and discipline knowledge.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team, providing formal and informal support and feedback, and lead with a positive influence.
  • Complete assessments and reports that are goal-oriented to support life transitions.
  • Ensure best practice standards for Speech pathology services and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.
  • Provide direction and actively oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist.
  • Membership with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance and Ochre Card, or ability to obtain.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19.
  • Mixed caseload experience and working knowledge of the NDIS highly regarded.
