Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of disability support workers, managing the day-to-day operations of our accommodation, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of our participants and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of disability support workers to deliver high-quality support services
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our accommodation, including budgeting and expenditure
  • Liaise with allied health professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants
  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of participants and staff, and take appropriate action to address any concerns
  • Organize recreational activities for participants and encourage team and participants to meet their goals
  • Coordinate team meetings and coaching staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage rosters and submit progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Coordinate meals, activities, and appointments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain
  • Current Driver's License
