Job Title: Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Ground Transport team as a 12-month parental leave cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage revenue stakeholders and commercial vendors to monitor and manage contract operating requirements.
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
  • Coordinate and administer commercial activities, contracts and system management.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder and partners' commercial queries and communication.
  • Support the revenue and marketing team with consumer research and reporting.
Deliverables:

  • Supporting the revenue and marketing team with consumer research and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to present analysis in an accurate, compelling and concise manner.
  • A strong understanding of the markets, products and operating environment Stakeholders and Vendors work in to enable APAC to support their business requirements onsite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Operations customer service centre to ensure all commercial issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively participate in strategic discussions and meetings.
