Key Responsibilities:- Provide psychiatric and general medical assessment for young people aged 12-25.
- Support treatment planning, medication management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with psychologists, care coordinators, and social workers.
- Contribute to clinical reviews, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation and support service evaluation activities.
- MBBS or equivalent qualification and registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
- Experience or interest in youth mental health, general practice, or early intervention.
- A collaborative, person-centred approach to clinical care is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Interest in continuity of care and long-term outcomes over acute presentations.
